How do I sign up for the Unlimited Club?

Simply visit us at the wash or sign up easily through our website.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Billing occurs on the day you sign up for the Unlimited Club. Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted each month.

What happens if I get a new license plate or car?

No problem! Update your details via our secure online portal, email or stop by the wash and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I use my Unlimited plan on multiple vehicles?

Your plan is linked to the vehicle it was purchased for, but you can easily add additional vehicles with our Family plans and save.

How do I cancel my plan?

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we make it easy to cancel. Simply do it online or contact the wash, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What happens when I cancel my Unlimited plan?

You’ll stop being charged after your current billing cycle. To avoid another charge, please cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for partial or unused periods.

How do I suspend my membership?

You can suspend your membership by either contacting the wash or managing your account directly on our website.
