how to register access and manage your membership

register for online access to manage your membership by
clicking here or visiting our website
www.rapidwash.com.au.

 

once registered, you will be able to:

  • add and manage additional family cars
  • update your credit card or failed payment
  • upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan
  • suspend monthly payments
  • cancel membership
  • reactivate membership

account registration details

    1. click on the “manage membership” tab located at the top right of the page.
    2. click on the tab “register here”.

  1. follow the prompts to set up your account access:
    • enter your email address
    • enter your licence plate
    • enter the last 4 digits of the credit card

    important notice:
    when using contactless payment methods (such as mobile paywave or paywave by card),
    the last four digits will differ from those on your physical card. this is known as
    a digital card number. please check the last four digits displayed in your banking or
    mobile payment app. (refer to your purchase receipt for the correct details.)

  2. go to your email account.
  3. you will receive an email with a link — click on the link.
  4. fill out the required details and create a password.
  5. you can now log in and manage your plan.

  2. enter your email address.
  3. enter the password you created.

congratulations! you now have access.

How to Add and Manage Additional Family Members Cars

Add each family member’s car to your membership account for only $25 per month (per vehicle). Additional vehicles can only be added to a monthly plan account.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Additional vehicles cannot be added to Annual Plans.

Follow These Steps:

1. Log in to Your Membership Account
Access your account through our website here or the portal here.
2. Navigate to “Manage Tags”
Once logged in, click on the “Manage Tags” option in the menu.

3. Scroll to “Additional Member Purchase”

Scroll down until you see the “Additional Member Purchase” section.

4. Activate the Additional Vehicle Option

Look for the red “No” button. Click on it, and it will change to a green “Active” button.

PLEASE NOTE: To cancel an additional vehicle, change the status from “Active” to “Cancel” next to the vehicle. If you no longer have one of your additional vehicles and need it removed, please email your request to contact@rapidwash.com.au.

5. Enter the Licence Plate Number

Type in the licence plate number of the vehicle you want to add.

6. Save Your Changes

Click the “Save” button to confirm your update.

7. Prorated Charges

You will only be charged the prorated amount for the remaining days until your next billing cycle. After that, the full $25 monthly fee will apply for the additional vehicle.

Have You Sold Your Vehicle?

If you sold your vehicle and need to change the licence plate to your new one, please visit our website here and click on “Contact Us” to submit a licence plate change request, or email contact@rapidwash.com.au.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must email your licence plate change request and receive a confirmation email before visiting the carwash to wash your new vehicle.

How to Change Account Name

How to your Update Credit Card or Failed Payment

Have you cancelled or changed your credit card recently and your payment has failed?
Log in to your “Manage Membership” portal and click on
“Update Payment Information”.

What Happens If Your Payment Declines?

If your credit card payment has declined due to insufficient funds, our system will automatically
retry charging your card the following day. This will continue daily until successful, for up to
20 days before your membership automatically cancels.

If you have cancelled your credit card, please log in and update your credit card information and
resolve any failed payments.

Renewing at the Pay Station

You can renew your membership directly at the pay station when you visit the car wash.

If the screen displays the message:
“Oops, something went wrong with your credit card”
select “Yes, Please” to process the payment and update your card details.

When an Error Message Appears

If an error prompt displays:
“Error Payment Failed or Cancelled”,
you will need to see the attendant onsite. They will manually update your payment and credit card
information at our internal POS system.

Update Anytime Online

You can update your payment information at any time through your
“Manage Membership” portal online, once you have registered for access.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Monthly Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your Monthly Plan at any time. After selecting your new package, any price difference will be prorated—either charged or credited—until the next renewal cycle.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you want to change from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan, you will not have the option to change back until the Annual Plan has been cancelled and fully expired. After expiration, you will then be able to log back into your Manage Membership portal, click on “Store”, and purchase a new Monthly Plan.

how to suspend your monthly plan

Going on holidays and want to pause your monthly payments? Simply click “Suspend Plan” and select a future date you’d like your monthly renewal payments to restart.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Suspend Plan is not available on Annual Plans.

 

How to Cancel Your Plan

You may cancel your Monthly Plan or Annual Plan at any time through your “Manage Membership” portal after you have registered access online. Log in, then on the main screen, click on “Cancel Plan”. Upon successful cancellation, your membership will remain active—allowing unlimited washes and vacuums—until the end of your current billing cycle. To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your renewal date. However, we recommend submitting your cancellation at least 3 days prior. If your membership is already in the renewal process or failed payment status, the ability to cancel your membership or payment is unavailable until the renewal is successfully processed. Our system will continue attempting to renew your membership daily, as outlined in our Terms of Agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: As per our Unlimited Wash Club Terms of Agreement, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused periods.
