  • Click the Manage Wash Club tab at the top right, then enter the phone number associated with your Wash Club and log in.

  • Add each family car to your Wash Club for just $10 off your plan price per vehicle. Available on monthly plans only — annual plans don’t support additional vehicles.

    1. Log into Manage Wash Club.
    2. Click Add Additional Vehicle and enter the details.

    Sold a car? Email contact@rapidwash.com.au with the new plate and wait for confirmation before washing.

  • If a payment fails, our system retries daily for up to 20 days before cancelling. Update your card any time at the pay station, or in Manage Wash Club → Update Payment Information.

  • Switch any time. Pricing changes are pro-rated until your next renewal — no fees, no waiting.

  • Going on holidays? Click Pause Plan in the portal and choose a date for billing to restart. Pause is not available on annual plans.

  • Cancel any time online — no fees, no contracts. Your Wash Club benefits stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Visit us in person to reactivate your Wash Club. Our team will get you back on the Wash Club in minutes.
